Chase Bamat, PA-C

My partner was discharged from Mount nittany medical center earlier today by Kyle Lewis, who told him there was nothing wrong with him. A couple hours later, we got a call from the ER stating that they found a fractured vertebrae on his CT scan after we left. We came back, and received amazing treatment from Dr. Bamat. Instead of trying to prescribe pain pills and get us to leave, like Lewis, Dr. Bamat compassionately listened to our concerns and immediately ordered him an emergency MRI, which we had requested over 10 times to Lewis when we were here earlier. He explained every part of the process in great detail, pausing to make sure we understood, and asking what questions we had through the whole process. He gave us excellent advice on how to care for what turned out to be a herniated disk. He himself sought out peer review to insure that he was interpreting the MRI correctly. He is very professional, and actually cares. Our nurse told us that he was the best doctor in the building.
