She seems knowledgeable. She just doesn't care about her patients. If you are 15 minutes late to a 1 hour telehealth session she will cancel your appointment and insist on charging you for a no show. There is nothing about this in her contract. She just does this out of the blue. It doesn't matter if you stick around for the rest of your allotted time waiting for her. At this point her office staff only cares about one thing: getting a no-show fee. Honestly, do yourself a favor and get a therapist who cares.
