Chelsea McNally is a NP specializing in neurosurgery. She is amazing with patients and assists in surgeries. Always takes time to answer your questions and carefully review imaging. She’s very knowledgeable and yet speaks in terms easily understood. She’s awesome as us the practice she works for, Western Neurosurgery.

Chelsea was very thorough and made me feel comfortable & explain what my problem is. She ordered several tests which I am hopeful will be help in pinpointing which nerves, discs etc the constant pain is emitting. Big plus was I felt she really listened. Good meeting.

My Ned ride did nothing come to pick me up for my appointment. So my doctor was super flexible and converted my in person appointment to a telemedicine appt. Chelsea is a top notch medical PA. She has been involved in my care pre, during and post major back surgery. She is thorough and answers any and all questions. Both her and Dr Ryan Kretzer ever seem to be rushing me. They are very patient helpful and take all the time needed to insure I am good when I leave the appointment. They are rare and amazing. A patient couldn’t ask for better surgical talent and care.
