What a disappointment in this NP
I had my first visit with Chelsea R. Poe and, unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. I had to catch her up on my health history, but instead of engaging in a conversation, she seemed more focused on following protocol than actually listening to my concerns. She was dismissive and made me feel unheard, which is disappointing for a healthcare professional. Given the many glowing reviews, I expected a more patient-centered approach, but my experience did not reflect that. I hope she works on improving her bedside manner and truly listening to patients in the future. A robot would have shown more warmth and compassion than Chelsea!
