Worst experience of my life with this clinic. After being financially affected buy the pandemic i changed my insurance to one that I could afford. B/c of this change When I went to pickup my prescription on April 12, 2021 the pharmacist told me that my insurance required a prior authorization from the doctor in order to cover the prescription. They said that they would fax a request & that it usually takes a day or 2. I called the endocrine clinic again on 04/14 to see if they’d sent the authorization, they hadnt, but said they’d let the nurse know. I called about 4 more times between 04/16-04/20 & also had my pharmacist fax over the request a few times. Dr. Stoever’s office never sent the authorization or explained why. 4/20 I spoke to the nurse who offers me a sample of a different medication that I’d have to come get. I had no way to do so & when I asked why they wouldn’t just send the authorization she became upset and hung up. They dropped the ball & now my life’s on the line.

Ms. Stoever is knowledgeable, personable and thorough. She takes the time to do a complete examination of you and discuss the results/observations with you.
