Cheryl is very compassionate and genuinely cares for her patients. She is very skilled in IFS (internal family systems) and knowledgeable about eating disorders. However, if IFS is not for you she has limited tools. I would definitely recommend her for deep inner work and processing unresolved trauma.

scheduled an appointment with Cheryl via text message. we spoke on a tuesday night at 10:22PM. she asked me if i could make it this tuesday at 6:30PM. so that would have been one week away to be exact. i said yes! very excited to meet her. i left work early. walked into the waiting room around 6:13PM. at 6:40PM i sent her a text message saying hi cheryl i am here. because no one ever came out. although i heard voices and even heard someone say her name. at 7:10 another girl walks in, sits down a
