I know this is hard to hear but this lovely human being should have piloted into a very different profession. Being good at giving advice does not help patients process complex trauma. I don't think she listened to a word I even said. This experience concerned me about the entire mental heath system in my area. Professionals who truly understand trauma are impossible to find.

Cheryl is very easy to talk to. She takes her time getting to know you and gradually works with you to learn how to best approach your situation. She is extremely professional in an approachable manner. Would recommend for sure.

Cheryl is very unprofessional and clearly inexperienced. She does not work with the entire family to help them as a whole. She secretly and backhandedly sides with one or two family members, making unfounded accusations about other family members. She actually divides families more. She is also not knowledgeable about things she should be. I would never recommend anyone to Cheryl.
