Bad experienceNeeded help
It has been a few years, but I feel compelled to share. My husband and I saw her for marriage counseling. Ms. Daniel seemed to be trying to provoke me with negativity and subtle digs, while gently supporting my husband. My husband noticed this and felt badly about how she treated me. It felt like she was trying to separate us further. I then realized her daughter (who shared office space) was a divorce lawyer. We stopped going after 3 sessions and likely lost any chance of working through our marital difficulties (the timing was critical). I shared my experience with a local attorney (without saying names) who knew immediately who I was speaking of. She had heard similarly from others.

Cheryl is one of the only therapists I have connected with, and am very fortunate for her kind and patient nature. She is empathetic and isn't afraid to talk through uncomfortable subjects. I feel like she actually listens and is there to work through any issue I discuss with her.
