Cheryl was not a good fit for what we needed. She is passionate about nutrition and I like that she is studying more on how enzymes can help in digestion. My concerns are she only worked with one brand enzymes.It came across like she was their sales person not our nutritionist. The highly restrictive diet we tried by her rec. and the enzymes simply didn't take into account my sons food allergies adding even more restrictions & that he is 9. Over 30 digestive enzyme pills a day, plus bc they were not fda aprvd I had to visit my son each time he ate at school bc the school couldn't give them to him even with a dr note. Thats two visits daily for snack time and lunch. I understand that digestive enzymes are a new way to help with gut health but it felt like she was unable to use her knowledge to apply them to my sons personal gut issues and her solution seemed like a one size fits all solution. I would not rec. her for pediactric nutrition based on our experience.
