So beyond thankful for Cheryl! It took me years to find a complex trauma therapist and Cheryl is a God-send. I have made tremendous strides since in her care, and I am so thankful to have had her to assist me, guide me, and give me a consistent person that I felt genuinely cared about my progress. Thank you, Cheryl for all you do for your clients. Love you!

Prior to meeting Cheryl I had been to many other therapists, always feeling like something just wasn’t fitting. Ive been with Cheryl for years now and she’s been there for me (and some family members as well) throughout several crisis, depression and anxiety. Her experience, wisdom and compassion are truly a gift. I am so thankful to have her as my therapist!

Cheryl’s warmth and kindness provides a safe place to open up and discuss even the most painful topics. She has walked me through bouts of depression and grief with empathy and compassion. She shares her depth of knowledge and can explain complex dynamics in ways that are easy to understand. I’ve recommended her to numerous friends and family members- I hate the thought of sharing her, but I want everyone I love to have a chance to trust and love Cheryl as much as I do! I don’t know where I would be without her. She has helped me to not only understand myself, but her guidance has also given me the confidence to become the best version of myself. I am so lucky to have found her.
