I saw Cheryl on Sept. 18th, 2019. She was excellent, and in the future I'll be requesting her. She was personable, kind, understanding and spent a good amount of time with me. I felt like my issues were completely addressed and I left feeling so much better that there was a plan in place and that she truly cared. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Cheryl should NOT be treating patients. I went in to see her for the first time and she was extremely short and impatient. She did not do a thorough examination. It was a Friday and the staff had mentioned they were getting off early so maybe that had something to do with it, but when someone decides to go into medical care I believe they should be there to help people. It isn't just about a paycheck, but clearly for Cheryl it is. I won't be going back to her.

She was a poor listener. Just punching stuff into the computer, half answering my questions, and dismissive. Then when my son, who is potty training, said he needed to go potty, I asked her to pause the exam as I have a 1 minute window and I'd be right back. She said we're almost done but started talking again about scheduling my labs. Then he had an accident and she just said she'd get my labs written up and be right back. It felt like her schedule was more important than her patient.

I totally agree with the patients review of June 1, 2017.
This PA is rude and has the bedside manner of a rock. She appeared irritated the minute she walked in the exam room. Did the absolute minimum in trying to help me with my condition. Would never use her again.

This person does not care about people. I went in with symptoms that point very much towards a particular condition, when I brought this up, she rolled her eyes and said "looks like someone did their research". Her exam was brisk and painful. The condition I was looking to diagnose includes widespread tenderness and she was very rough with me. I will not be going back, as she did eventually refer me to someone who might actually help me.

I have seen Cheryl three times for three different issues. She is very pleasant to work with. She listens well. She is very good about involving me in decision making after explaining options. She takes the time and has taken excellent care of me. I would highly recommend!
