I have been with Ms Smart for 3 years. She has helped me through a very difficult time in my life. She is compassionate without being a push over. She listens and actually HEARS what you say. I appreciate her honesty and would recommend her to anyone who needs help.

Extremely condescending. Told me(after knowing me for less than 2hrs)any opinion she had on me was more valid than my own. Seemed to have outdated/inaccurate information regarding multiple subjects. Tried to diagnose me w/ OCD after talking for abt 2mins & attempted to discourage me from pursuing a full psychological evaluation. Claimed that medication won't fix me; only counseling can do that. Didn't listen to what I was saying at all. Overall a horrible experience; would not recommend.
