First two visits I didn't even get an adjustment, but somehow paid hundreds of dollars for x-rays and was continously in pain. Was pressured to sign an agreement from treatment that would have been thousands of dollars and when I turned this down it felt like my pain no linger mattered and a more affordable option almost felt pointless. When I took my daughter in around the same time he again pressured for a treatment plan costing thousands and agreed to a payment plan. Not only did the multiple adjustments a week not help my daughter, her neck has less appropriate curve now than when we started. I'm still making payments on something that not only didn't help, left us in pain constantly, but made us feel taken advantage of. If I didn't have prior experience with chiropractors I would never return to this type of treatment, fortunately we found someone who cares, doesn't pressure for outrageous sums of money, and constantly helps with our pain.

I went in for a pelvic adjustment and was corralled for an hour and a half to try to get me to pay for thousands of dollars of spinal decompression. All I needed was an adjustment and not for my spine. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

I have had adjustments for several years and recognize that adjustments are essential as there is deterioration in my spine. For the last few months I have been on decompression machine twice weekly. As a result pain in my legs is diminished and I can sleep. I was able to see that the space between discs in lower spine has widened. I am very encouraged and will continue with adjustments. All staff are helpful and answer my questions so that I understand what is happening.

I was totally amazed with the level of care at Dr Chris` office. The spinal decompression machine is amazing. Several sessions and I am back on my feet living life. So different from before when I could hardly get out of bed.

Had to have expensive x-rays done , and did not even get an adjustment, he makes you schedule a separate appointment to then have the x-rays read. Then you have to sign a paper stating they can withdraw money from your card if you owe money. So my insurance didn't cover everything and they withdrew from my account leaving me with overdraft fees. I went once and will not be returing.

Will not touch a patient without $150.00 worth of X-rays. I have no chronic back issues, just twecked my back and needed an adjustment. Felt this was totally a sham to get more money than necessary from me.
