Never going back
Dr. Morris conducted the fastest exam in history, made substantial changes to my prescription, and did not take the time to explain anything whatsoever. Turns out the original prescription provided me with significantly better vision and her unexplained changes made my vision significantly worse. She and her staff are rude and she is just going through the motions. I would not recommend her.

She is good. Office staff is too hard to work with
Once I get to her in the exam, things went well. But to get to her....1. I made hubby & my appointments for the same day. They put mine in the computer for an earlier week when I knew we would be at our timeshare2. When they called to remind me, I told them I would be out of town. The best they could reschedule me for was 6 months later!!!3. I asked to be on a call list for cancellations. Amazing in 6 months, they never had a cancellation, I never got a call.4. Different front and back office staff at every interaction, even before COVID.5. Optician stays seated in the back and will only came after she has yelled 'Can I help you?' and I said 'yes'. I had to ask her 3 times to pull my records for my prior annual visit. Very rude, negative and unhelpful-which is the mood in this office.

No way ever again
Rude, abrupt, condescending person. She ignored my concerns and talked to me as if I were stupid. The office shunted me to her, away from the ophthalmologist I thought I was going to see.
