Christa Ross

My experience with the provider was excellent. Getting an appointment was difficult and once was cancelled the day before.

I was discussing with Christa an appointment I wanted to make and she said she was going to be there less, so to schedule in advance. I am sad that she isn't going to be there all the time now. She was the only provider I liked to see. She is so genuine, knows how to communicate with me, I truly felt cared for and listened to. So not sure what to do now.

It took months to get in for an appointment. My provider was incredibly wonderful. She took good care of me and my after-care was soooo much better than my prior experience. She did amazing!I was supposed to receive a follow up call for additional appointments and didn't hear from her office so that's discouraging.

Christina is easy to talk to and made me feel right at ease. She is very professional yet compassionate and friendly.

This was my first visit with this practice, and it was such a positive experience. I have a difficult time with well-woman exams due to pelvic pain, and my care team was compassionate, made me feel comfortable, and we worked through the challenges together. My provider also gave me with next steps to address the pain issue and has ensured I am on track with other testing needs based on my age. Also, the experience at Swedish Issaquah is always so peaceful and relaxing. I find the environment, decor, and live piano playing to be very soothing, which helps reduce anxiety. I really like going there. Thank you! The check in process is a little confusing (e.g., knowing where to stand in line for check-in and how that process works, but otherwise it was a great experience. Thank you!

Ross Is very good at the procedures she does. I was Impressed with how relaxed she helped me to feel. She Is competent, kind & talented.

I really like my provider! Super nice and knowledgeable. However, she does talk really fast so I felt very rushed and didn't feel like I was able to share more information.

Dr. Ross is amazing. She encouraged me to get an IUD and get off the pill since I had been on the pill much longer than is medically suggested. She helped me choose the correct one for me. She answered all my questions and made sure I had all the information I needed. The nurse was amazing as well and was easy to talk to and really listened rather than just look at her screen and type what I said.

I was terrified going into this appointment. The provider was really great at making me feel comfortable and explain things. I left feeling positive about my experience.

Love my doctors and Healthcare providers. Swedish is an excellent Healthcare organization. I am lucky to have these very compassionate and capable medical professionals so close to my home.
