I went to Bolduc for treatment after foot surgery. The intake PT discovered she had COVID-19 three days after I saw her. I found out about that two weeks after I saw her. I called Chris Bolduc who assured me he was checking out the track and trace guidelines from CDC and he would send a letter to all of her patients disclosing the fact. I never heard from him. I think he was negligent by not contacting me. I’m 79 and in the high risk group.
