Heart of stone. Treats patients like inanimate objects. Waited to round on all of her other patients on the floor before responding to new and severe tearing chest and mid back pain in Pt five days s/p open heart surgery. Finally came in room 70 minutes after patient’s Sxs first started and only after patient said she was leaving after finally treating herself from meds in her purse. Then she wouldn’t let the patient leave- I guess you are imprisoned as a Mayo inpatient. Very disappointing!
