Ms Biele (now at NovaCare) explained the implications of my knee injury, including how my body would seek to compensate for the pain it caused. She explained the exercises she prescribed and what they would do for me. When I questioned why I would need to strengthen non-knee-related areas, she said it would be required before I could strengthen the knee itself. I was a bit skeptical, but my knee felt better almost immediately. She knows her stuff!! Totally knowledgeable and professional.
