Christina Kiefer, PT

This was my first time getting help from a physical therapist for stiffness/pain on my hip joints. I'm 67, active, and until this problem started in Jan of this year I had kept a regular exercise routine consisting of stretching, light weights lifting and yoga. I'm on my 8th session with Christina and can honestly say that I feel that 80% of the pain and stiffness is gone. She explained to me from the beginning that some of the movement restrictions will always be there due to aging of the joints, but now I am able to complete about 90% of my exercise routine without feeling any pain. It was extremely important to me to find a therapist that will listen to me and most of all would be patient enough to answer my questions about what to eliminate, modify or add to my daily workouts, I feel very lucky to have been assigned Christina as my PT, she is all that and more. I absolutely recommend her.
