Mrs. Rosenberg, APN was very professional throughout my course of treatment. I had a horrid bout of frostbite that was visible at the location of the distal phalanx bone (toe). She was honest in stating I have not seen this particular case presentation before. That being said, since each of us are beautiful snowflakes, I started to melt as soon as she left... She utilized her chain of command appropriately to then ascertain the proper course of treatment. -Peacock

She was almost hostile in her behavior toward me. I felt that there was something in my medical record that caused her to act this way, and there was no way of me knowing what it was because Seamar has a policy of keeping most medical records inaccessible to patients unless they pay a fee. I asked her to change me blood pressure medication and she refused even though my condition was not improving. She is just out of school and admits it. I was not comfortable with her.
