Chris Salvio is an expert at helping me navigate my way thru Complex-PTSD. Her ability to create a safe space that is filled with love & understanding is second to none. This process is long and difficult - and Chris is by your side with every step, every advance, every setback. She encourages meditation, visioning, and talk thru each session. She meets you where you are and, for me, has helped me to become the person I was meant to be.
