I would not recommend Christina Zivec for any counseling needs. When I took my teen daughter to meet her, she was late to the appointment. She then took us into her office that had puppy pee pads on the floor. She cursed during her introduction to my daughter and myself. She was completely unprofessional. Her advice was to maybe "wait and see how it will work out." It was a very disappointing experience for my daughter. If I could give zero stars I certainly would.

Christina was easy to get into. The appointment was for my sister in law, who is 16 & going through depressive symptoms, self-harm, self-esteem challenges, & challenges with friends. After communicating her concerns & feelings of sadness & hopelessness, Christina’s response was “Just sit and wait, it will come to you.” ?? Our family was disapponted. No validation, no goal setting, no discussion of coping. Left more confused, & without aid in how to cope until the next visit. She was impersonal.

Excellent sense of humor, puts you at ease, and has a very non-judgmental approach. I highly recommend her for any teens and adults. She's great at helping you sort out your stress.
