That lady who happens to call herself a nurse manager (but she is only an assistant nurse manager) doe not know what she is talking about. Big words, in front of patients no follow up. My doctor told me practically everything what she promised me bbefore admission was incorrect or over promised. She doe not appear to understand the process even after being in VA for years. Yea, I don't recommend trusting her words. Talk to your doctor or the the admission coordinatoer. They have been more true to their words and actions.
