Dr. Christine Chiang, OD

She goes above and beyond (even "tops up" my missing contacts from the past year, when I lose some!), goes out of her way to get you scheduled promptly, even for a work-in, thinks creatively and is kind and patient.

Excellent! Chiang Christine OD is a magician! I've been spending 22 months with another Dr. and continuedly ordered 5 pairs of eyeglasses and contact lens those are ALL FAIL. I thought my world is ending. Finally, I came to Dr. Chiang. She did magic to place lens in front of the wrong eyeglasses and started over the exam to get two prescriptions - one for distance, another for computer. Yesterday I picked up them. Amazing! I got renascence!!!(At SAME eyeglasses maker, I ordered the eyeglasses per the prescriptions of wrong Dr.'s and Dr. chiang's. The wrong Dr. ever asked me: if the eyeglasses maker has different manner to do it? Why always incorrect?)

Scheduling is messed up. They do not have electronic scheduling and still writes appointments on paper. After 2 reschedules, the office still could not find my appointment that was made a month ahead and I now have to find a new doctor last minute.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I've been to many eye doctors in my life but never had one as thorough as Dr Chaing. She answers all questions and checks all aspects of your eye. Not just if u see 20/20 but how your eyes communicate with each other and with your brain. And on top of all that her prices are great too
