Today was an initial visit with Christine S Italiano as my daughters previous therapist became sick and she hasn't been seen since September 2018. During this initial visit, she stated that she reviewed my daughters chart and she started stating information that she reviewed. She however had some information incorrect and was given the correct information. The information was ignored and she continued to repeat the incorrect information and tell me "this is what the computer says and this is what is charted" After the 3rd or 4th incident of her repeating the same incorrect information she looked into the computer and then stated the type of visit and I informed her that is correct but the visit was at a different facility. She then stated "That is what I said" Once I stated to her that she did not say that she stated "I am not dealing with the attitude" She then told me and my daughters to "get out" of her office. She stated that she would find her another therapist. She also stated to
