Christine Koval, PA-C

I had an appointment with Christine Koval on 3/6/2022, it went so well. She listened to everything about my health issues, she explained so great told me I will be taken good care. She told me what to do and not to do and what to use and as for now I am doing what she said and it is helping me so much. She took so much notes about my health she's amazing, I which there were more caring people like her in the medical field. Thank you so much.

Christine is hands down the best, caring ENT provider. After I started visiting her regularly, I was receiving excellent care and great advice. When it was time for my next appointment this Spring, I learned she was no longer there, to no fault of her own. Christine, please post your future place of business. I will gladly be a patient of yours again.

Christine Koval, PA, is the finest ENT practitioner that I have received care from in my 60 years! Her expert care with chronic issues with my ears has consistently yielded immediate relief and prolonged results. Her continuing regular care of my ears has been superior! Christine's medical "bedside manner" is second to none. She is a compassionate, caring and superb medical expert. 2017-2020

I was very sick and she was very kind and patient. I felt like she took her time and explained everything thoroughly with print outs. She made me feel that if I wasn't feelings better shortly that she was just a phone call away. I actually did need to call regarding questions for my medicine. She returned my call promptly.

Christine was the on call provider on Saturday 12/21/19 after my daughter's tonsillectomy surgery 4 days prior. We learned on Saturday that we had only been prescribed 5 days of pain medication, and thus would need a refill in order to make it through the weekend. I called at 10am saturday morning. Christine repeatedly said "I'm doing you a favor to send in this refill, because we don't refill prescriptions on the weekend. You can go to the ER for pain. You are not the only patient you know." I was absolutely shocked at her unprofessional and uncaring response. And frankly, CEENTA should have informed us that our Rx was only for 5 days (they had said 7 originally), it would be running out on saturday, and thus we could have planned to get the refill sent in to CVS on Friday before the weekend started. I feel very misled about how the pain medication would be handled, but even worse I feel that Christine Koval's approach to handling the situation once discovered was horrible.

Very caring and thorough provider. She took time with me and made sure to address all of my concerns. Highly recommend for all ENT issues.

Had an appt with Kristine Koval back in March of 2018. I am on medicare and also have a supplement. I usually go to the Blankeney Rd location for the past 12 yrs but they were booked and only the Matthews location had an opening. I was surprised to receive an additional bill way over what I am responsible for a simple wax removal. Today at the Blankeney office I was told she added that I had eczema in my ears (this was never mentioned at all at anytime) AND I DO NOT HAVE THIS CONDITION. $$$$$

My ears are super sensitive and I hate anything being put in them. I had a horrible experience with a previous ENT and had anxiety about my first appt here. Christine is a GOD send and amazing. She was very understanding and gentle, she's allowed me to hAve some say so in my treatment which made me feel even better. Highly highly recommend. What's crazy is she's just a PA and she's better than any DOCTOR that I've dealt with!
