I met Christine in February with a recommendation from a pain Mgmnt Dr. I was suffering with Sciatica for 4 mos but after 2 epidurals the pain & suffering continued inhibiting my ability to walk, stand, or climb stairs. Sleeping through the night was impossible. Before the onset, I was very active engaging in exercise & all manner of physical activity. Sciatica debilitated me interfering with life, making me feel weak & feeble. In February I became a patient of Christine Livingston. The reason for the recom is her certifications. The particular one for me is her cert in the McKenzie Method, a technique used by physiotherapist to mitigate the symptoms & eventually relieve the problem by strengthening the area that is susceptible to injury. By the 2nd week of exercise and massage I was sleeping through the night. And now, 2 months on I have regained the life I had before the injury.
