Disorganized, late to appointments, follow-up is terrible. After she fired her front desk assistant she literally stopped replying to my calls (even when I was having immediate issues, which she had directed me to contact her about). I was ditched by her and had to find a new provider. Absolutely unacceptable. I have heard of similar experience from others. She is a nice person but simply being nice doesn't cut it in this field. Find someone else.

She knows a lot but she isn't great on follow through with her plans of action. She is late often and scattered. Lots of potential to be a fantastic health professional but needs to take care of her own personal needs first.
