After waiting for a doctor, this nurse came in and was so rude. He didn't listen to a thing I said, after explaining the sever trauma I had to my leg, he said my pain was due to poor shoes. I have custom orthotic shoes that most definitely would not cause the sever injury I had, but regardless I told him exactly what happened and he wouldn't listen. I got and xray and was told nothing was wrong, I was just being sensitive. I followed up with a real doctor when the pain continued and found out from the SAME xray I had taken the first time that I had a severe bone bruise. My ankle was also swollen and bruising a few days after my initial visit. Very frustrating to pay all this money expecting to see a doctor and then getting so rudely handled by a nurse or assistant and never see a real doctor.
