I went to see Chris last year and found him to be very knowledgeable and professional. He was very good at explaining my hearing condition and gave me good recommendations. My spouse will be making an appt in the near future to have a hearing test by him.

Continuation: But we’ve attempted to contact him every day now for more than a week, leaving voicemail messages each time, with no response. We don’t even know if he’s still in business. It’s very frustrating to speak into a black hole again and again. For this reason alone, I would not recommend him currently.
