Dr Chris provided a very thorough pre-exam so he knew what areas needed help and as a way to measure my progress. He provided a plan and stuck to it. He recommended I take certain supplements for the arthritis in my back, and he was spot on in that it has helped so much. He is very knowledgeable about how the body works and is a fan of natural ways to help heal and maintain health, which I appreciate. He and his assistant have always been very upbeat and friendly. He is honest & caring.CH
