He is very knowledgeable, he listens and has great bedside manners

Had severe pain in my hip. Desperate. Nurse prac Wilkinson was able to rule out anything dangerous and give me something to help within a couple hour visit . It wasn’t magic but it started me on my way. Only complaint would be that he was overly positive and overly reassuring. More realistic expectations of the slow recovery would’ve helped me. But in general he did his job well.

The visit went very smoothly.

Dr. is very professional and listens, he's knowledgeable in his field, and he gets to the problem you are having and addressing it, with caring explanation and options. I would Highly Recommend Dr. Wilkerson.

I tore a tendon in my upper left leg in late August 2021. I was treated by Dr. David Dowling. With rest, exercises and therapy, Dr. Dowling informed me that it would take about 6 months to heal and if it was not healed or better that I could return to his office. In March of 2022. At the 6 month time, I was better but still unable to walk or sit comfortably. I called the office and got an appointment with Christopher Wilkinson, NP. I found Christopher to be most kind, gentle, knowledgeable of the pain area and informed me of what could be done to element the pain. Christopher gave me an anti-inflammatory injection in my leg. It has been several days since my visit to see Christopher and I am much better after receiving the anti-inflammatory injection in my leg. MANY THANKS to Christopher for his knowledge and assistance.

My back is starting to have wear and tear on it and I just went to him to make sure everything was where it needs to be and he he listened to my concerns and got me some stretches and exercises to do to strengthen my back.

Christopher listens and gives his honest evaluation! I was returning after having an MRI done the evening before! He had previously set me up with PT and he wanted to be sure I was doing OK! My MRI results were shared with me and he recommended that I continue PT which I agreed with! I like that he is very thorough, uses understandable language and asks permission before he does anything!

Christopher was very professional and thorough. He knew what my problem was & gave me a shot after explaining everything. He discussed follow up if no improvement & what I could expect if pain did not get better. Will continue in his care & would definitely recommend him to my friends!

Christopher did a great assessment of my physical condition and realized quickly what as going on with my lower back. He was very empathetic to my situation and provided excellent care. I am thankful I was seen the same day after experiencing excruciating pain for almost a week. I felt relief within hours of receiving a steroid injection. I highly recommend him and Ortho South.

He does not make me feel like my questions aren’t important. He takes his time with you, and suggests options

He was great with the needle. I had a hip shot and he was done before I knew he was going to stick me. Little to no pain and a lot of pain relief. Great job! Larry C 02/24/22

I (my body) was hit by a truck. Burning and tingling sensations all over. And he recommended Home exercises. I had to pay out of my pocket for a MRI because he recommended exercises and therapy to my insurance company. And therefore they would not pay for the MRI. Very unhappy with my visit and will not see him again. Every time I talked to one of his staff members I got a different story of why my ins company was denying the claim. Worst experience of my life. How does this guy know what I have going on inside my body. Bottom line I was almost killed by a vehicle and he recommended exercises. And I needed a MRI. Terrible terrible terrible. It makes me sick to my stomach

My visit was So Pleasant. He is a Very Nice and Professional Nurse Practitioner and Person who makes you feel confident in the procedure he is doing. Very polite and kind. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and Appreciate him. Thank You.
