Cindy Hegenbart is a very uncaring, very biased individual, that does not care about her clients whatsoever. She treats us as subhuman, as if we are inferior, because of our illnesses. I honestly don't know why she is even a counselor in the first place if she looks down on those she is being paid to help so badly. She completely lacks the empathy and emotional intelligence needed to actually help anyone. Do not come here! RUN!!! As fast as you can! I cannot say this enough! This counselor will drive you to suicide! I do not recommend her services to anyone!!!
