Claire does not have time as of a few months ago to look at messages sent by her patients via Mychart. Often there is no response at all, not even by the nurses. The first time she and I spoke, she asked me to change the doses of two medications. This is never a good idea and I thought about telling her that, but I didn't. I had a lot of problems after making these changes at bedtime and went back to the original doses. Changing the dose of one drug at a time is the way things have been done for quite some time, at least by the Drs. I have seen. Otherwise, you don't know which drug is causing a problem. I am now going to be seeing someone else.
