Claire Tompkins, PA

I have to say that Claire is very nice but not an excellent practitioner. She listens and is very empathetic but she does not have a wide breadth of knowledge. The biggest problem is not Claire but rather the practice. They have, more than once, promised to get a prescription in and did not do it. When you call in most of the staff that answers the phone doesn't know how to provide good customer service. The office manager also doesn't know how to handle issues that come up with the office incompetence. If you want actual good care do not go here.

I have been seeing Claire for 1+ years. She is not a “good” provider, she is EXCELLENT. She’s very knowledgeable, but explains everything in laymen’s terms if needed. She actually listens to her patients and cares more about just giving pills… she prefers to get to the root of the problem. She also establishes great rapport from the start and really gets to know you as an person. I have never felt more comfortable. You can really put your trust in her.
