I was seeing Clare Matthews at another location years ago and the brief time I saw her changed my life. I had very bad anxiety and depression and between her help and my family doctor who suggested I see her it enabled me get a hold of my life again and never turn back. She was extremely understanding and helpful to me personally, and I tried to suggest her to anyone else I knew who may have needed her services. If I lived closer to her area I would see her as needed. I am a young single mother and the normal pressures of life were becoming harder and harder for me to cope with. Because of her help I have been able to get my life in order and have raised a wonderful young adult in a happy and healthy environment, and have even become very successful professionally as well. I learned how to put less pressure on myself and stay out of my own way. I also was able to mend complicated family relationships to my advantage. If you need help, please reach out for it. You are not alone.
