Claudia was great!
Tore a bicep tendon, and had only seen an ER doctor before visiting Claudia. She was great and corrected the actions I was taking from a non-specialist, and helped me understand what I can or cannot do. Gave me a little more freedom above a doctor saying "don't do anything with your arm!" I wouldn't have done any flexing or movements otherwise, which she explained could have caused other issues. I really appreciated her help and guidance.
