Colin was incredibly rude and condescending towards my daughter. He talked to her as if she was incompetent and stupid. Even she was appalled at his behavior. Mr. Agerton talked with my husband and I, both of us are physicians, like we were children. Because of thiS terrible experience, we will no longer be visiting the Gunn Hwy location of FOI.
