Cancelled my wife's appointment 1 hour before time
Been waiting for this appointment for months. Office called an hour before scheduled time stating that he won't be in until the afternoon. No apology given and staff was very nonchalant.

Nope...
First time meeting this guy and express my concerns regarding weight loss and he jumps onto referring me to lawerance for gastric bypass.... never listened to me and never suggested any options with me. The guy doesn't seem like he cares at all.
