I saw Colleen Gorman through virtual care. She didn't ask me about my medical history like how I have asthma. Told me I was probably wasn't using my inhaler correctly and needed a spacer even though I've been using my inhaler for my asthma for 25 years and have never had it not help enough like now. She didn't ask me what I've been exposed to. My wife works in a hospital where she is exposed to many different bacteria and had the same thing as me and needed an antibiotic. The provider also listed off a bunch of supplements and vitamins that I should be taking without asking me what I've already been taking (which were all the things she listed). Took her advice and used the spacer and steroids and now I have pneumonia and extra medical expenses.
