Absolutely amazing. My son was a few months old he couldn’t move his neck to one side and he hated tummy time, his pediatrician at Pediatrics NW examined him and identified it as infant torticollis and she recommended physical therapy but mentioned it was online (not helpful) because of covid, I had already researched infant torticollis before my visit and had already scheduled my son for Craniosacral therapy with Dr Colleen Hart at Federal Way Naturopathy so I took him there instead of Seattle children’s online PT. After just a few sessions he was lifting his head and looking in both directions with a full range of motion. He started loving tummy time. I decided to switch his pediatric care to Federal Way Naturopathy and he’s absolutely thriving. The don’t do combo vaccines, they prefer to give at most two shots in one visit and space his shot visits 1 month apart. I absolute love his pediatrician Dr. Karen Rasmussen. The wait time is basically non existent.

I'd seen Dr. Hart for Cranio-Sacral therapy. She did a wonderful job, however, I was sorely disappointed in her abilities as a Naturopath. I have insurance allowing me Naturopathic Primary Care, and I asked for her to head up my health care team. She refused to follow up with my care or even look at my records unless I saw a "real" doctor first. I grew up with a Naturopath, and heard his frustration of NDs needing hand-holding by a "real" doctor. She doesn't trust her own training. Use caution!

I have recommended Dr Hart to many people. I came to her for her specialty with food allergies and my headaches and other problems that lasted years. Her problem solving and ability to diagnose what others didn't for 5 years, changed my life. She spends time to really talk with me about my whole body health and lifestyle and not just focused on one small thing. Absolutely trust and appreciate her.
