Very professional, very informative
Dr Crossnoe is an awesome ophthalmologist. She was very professional as well as friendly. She took the time to make sure I understood not only what she was examining but that I understood what the results were as well. She also took time to answer all my questions and made sure that I was involved and educated I my care. I highly recommend her.

Thorough and Timely
Dr. Crossnoe takes very good care of my eyes. I know I am getting a complete check of my vision. She also explains what she is doing and what she observes during the exam. Dr. Crossnoe gets me in and out very quickly.

Long Time Patient
I've seen Dr Crossnoe for years for routine eye exams, and an infection, clogged tear ducts, and flashers. She has always explained exactly what was happening with my eye, what signs to look for that I would need to call her immediately and what to expect going forward. Very thorough and calming approach to eye care..

After 38 years-Our New Optometrist
Great experience! I had been going to another optometrist (38 years); however, due to a concern for a suspected retina problem, I had to see a Texas Tech Optometrist prior to being scheduled. with a Texas Tech Ophthalmologist. Imagine my surprise after multiple tests were run that the other place charged extra $$$ for doing were included in my exam! Our family has a new Optometrist!
