Constance Oates, FNP

I brought my elderly father to the ER. Ms Oates did not identify herself. She walks in and immediately says 'What do you expect me to do for him?'. He had been losing blood for 4 days and is a diabetic that's in heart failure. Then she proceeds to tell me that I'm not doing a good enough job taking care of both my elderly parents and that I need to do better. Mind you, I was there a total of 20 minutes. They took his BP and did a pulse ox. She doesn't know me or my families situation. Her bedside manner is nil and she was very uncaring, unkind and rude. As someone who's spent 15 years working Healthcare I suggest Ms Oates find a new career
