She is always efficient, sympathethic, helpful and does the right thing for you nobody what's wrong........whether it's referring you to a specialist, or telling you that you need to go to the Emergency Room. She has always put me on the right track. The staff, other nurses, and the receptionist, Lisa are also the best, always friendly and courteous.
