Disappointed
My first visit with her was good. I hurt my back and was in extreme pain. She said she was familiar and could sympathize. I went back 48 hours later. Gave me a steroid shot and ordered an X-ray. I still didn’t get any relief. So I called to get an MRI scheduled (she said that was the next step). The lady I talked to at their office said they wouldn’t order an MRI. And have I tried any therapy. Are you kidding me. I’m still in extreme pain and need to know what’s going on. They said they would call and get me set up with a back doctor. I thought they could get me in quicker. She said she would try and call by the end of the day. I NEVER heard back from the office. I feel like they don’t care at all about their patients. Ms. Bagley saw how much pain I was in. I called many back doctor offices and was able to get in to see one in 3 days. Unbelievable how uncaring these people are.
