Only dissatisfaction was they wanted me to bring my baby to her appointment hungry & tired. I did & so she was screaming when I arrived. Since they asked me to bring her in that state, they should have been ready to take us back right away. Instead we had to wait 10-15 min to get called back. That wouldn’t normally be a lot of time, but it is when your infant is screaming hysterically from being hungry.
