So frustrating
I work in healthcare and I’ve spent many years in customer service before that. I’m a pretty chill patient. I don’t mind waiting, I know what it’s like that have a busy day, nobody is perfect, we are all just trying our best. That being said, I have had so many frustrating experiences here. From the Doctor telling me the contacts I want don’t exist (even though I’ve worn them for years when I lived in FL) to the front desk telling me I don’t need an appointment for a follow up contact check just to berate me when I show up without an appointment. Poor communication and professionalism. You’ll get what you need from this place but it will be a headache getting there. Sucks if you don’t have any other insurance options.
