Crystal was such a huge asset the the UHS ENT practice. My daughter saw her and she facilitated the need for ear tube placement with a surgeon. A year later she saw my son who had a cardiac condition. She was caring and loving toward him but she also recommended he get necessary Tonsillectomy done with a Syracuse ENT doctors given limited pediatric resources in the community and my sons heart conditions. I appreciate her honestly and making necessary referrals. Both my children received excellent care in 2018 &2019 with her.

So happy with her care. She really listened to my concerns I had with my son. He was extremely fearful and she explained every step of what she was doing and he calmed down. Very knowledgeable.
