I would give a Zero
At the visit with Crystal, we went over my test results. Crystal prescribed a medication that wasn't on the susceptibility list. I questioned her about it and she said she wanted to try it. The medication made things worse. Earlier in the day, I contacted Blue Cross about Crystal's decision making and my trepidations about her handling my case. I was advised to send an email about my reaction to medication. Crystal quickly deflected, and advised me to go to the ER. She knew the medication wouldn't work, yet she sent me an email stating that it should've worked and for me to go to the ER. I wouldn't let my dog be seen by Crystal.
