Mrs Lougin is thoroughly professional as a counselor, empathetic and compassionate, offering insightful guidance, and demonstrating keen perception of potential issues beyond an individual's present circumstances. She is a patient listener as well as a highly articulate communicator. She was an incredible help to me during a particularly difficult time, and in my humble opinion, she sets the standard for her vocation.
